To begin the process, please fill out the form below and upload your logo. We've included help text above each field to help guide you on the type of information we require. Before you begin it is suggested that you read through our quick FAQ's page found HERE.

Here are a couple of quick tips you may find helpful:

  • You only need to submit your logo once using your head office address details.
  • You do not need to submit the same logo for your different country websites or locations. Please do not submit multiple versions of the same logo for the same company.
  • Once the form has been submitted, you will be redirected to a landing page confirming your submission was received and that a confirmation email is being sent to the email address provided on the form.

If you do not receive an email within 24 hours after submitting, please check your other inboxes. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact customerservice@ethoca.com and someone from our team will be able to assist you.

If you have multiple companies and logos you'd like to submit, you can still use the form below. Alternatively for larger volume submissions, you can email customerservice@ethoca.com directly to assist with the process.

If you do not wish Mastercard/Ethoca to use your company logo, please contact customerservice@ethoca.com and someone from our team will be able to assist you.
